‘Chaloos Road’, new series to go on ifilm playlist

ifilm’s new series, ‘Chaloos Road’, has been scheduled to go on air from July 2, 2017.

The series produced by Alireza Davari and directed by Ahmad Moazzami, is a family drama.

A wealthy man, walking on the thin ice of bankruptcy, is unable to overcome his financial hardships because of the ignorance of his family.

Meanwhile, his wife receives an abandoned restaurant in northern Iran as an inheritance. She persuades the family to move to the north in order to run the restaurant and keep the family together.

The series cast list includes Bijan Emkanian, Fatemeh Goudarzi, Daryoush Asadzadeh, Mohammad Shiri, Mohsen Afshani, Sirous Gorjestani, Aliram Nouraee, Nima Shahrokh-Shahi, Sima Khezrabadi, and Saeed Pirdoust.

‘Chaloos Road’, made in 2014, is scheduled to be the replacement for the series ‘Imam Ali (AS)’, which will be aired daily at 23:00 GMT (03:30 Tehran time).

ifilm English will also repeat each episode of the drama the next day at 05:00, 11:00 and 17:00 (all GMT times). The series is comprised of 24 episodes.
